Strapworks Colored Flat Nylon Webbing
Flat Nylon is one of the most popular types of webbing on the market for good reason. It is not only strong and durable but also soft and comfortable. It is smooth and has a very nice sheen. The tensile strength (break strength) is 5,500 lbs for this 2 inch webbing and it is approximately 0.07 inch thick. The flat nylon webbing comes rolled and sealed in protective shrink-wrap.
Use flat nylon webbing for cargo control products like ratchet or cam straps. It's great for replacing accessories like purse straps, duffel bag straps, camera & binocular straps, lanyards, and key fobs. Many customers love using flat nylon strap to create pet accessories like leashes, collars and harnesses.
Due to nylon being able to absorb water, it is not recommended for use in very wet environments such as river rafting or in heavy rain.
