So you've tried handcuffs and now you're ready to step things up a notch. Well, you've come to the right place! This neck-to-waist restraint comes with a pair of Velcro fastened cuffs and boasts 9 sturdy D-rings that enable multiple bondage positions. 
Strap the collar onto your sub so the long strip sits against the chest to restrain their arms in front, or reverse the harness for a hogtie style position. Quick-release clips make subtle alterations easy mid-play. Depending on how 'mean' you want to be, choose where and how you clip your sub's arms for increased or decreased comfort.
